Built in the 1850s, the villa is situated in the hills of Menaggio and benefits from close proximity to the central lake facilities and amenities, including bars, restaurants and Menaggio ferry service, making is easy to visit and explore the lake highlights by boat.

Entrance/Landing providing access to the kitchen and social kitchen area on the right and living room with double access to the bright dining room with garden view on the right. The landing connects the central staircase to the upper floor with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the other side of the staircase the property continues to the annex, which comes with two bedrooms and a bathroom that includes a shower, toilet and wash basin. The property is completed by the pantry/coffee room which features a comfortable sofa, dining table and a flatscreen TV. The villa will have air conditioned bedrooms from July 2024.
