4-bedroom authentic house in the charming hills of San Siro near the center of Lake Como. The stunning lake views, cozy, bright interior and Italian vibe will instantly makes you feel in holiday mode.
The accommodation can be accessed though a range of staircases from the free public parking spaces and its layout is as follows:
Entrance and corridor providing access to a spacious storage-luggage room, which is connected to the living room and the small, cozy kitchen. The living room comes with a comfy sofa
The adjoined fully fitted kitchen features a gas cooker hob, microwave, fridge-freezer combination and small seating area with lake view for two. Connected to the kitchen is a the spacoius dining area with wooden corner benches and table as well as a balcony with great lake view.
The wooden stair case connects the upper two floor which accommodate the bedrooms and the bathrooms. The first floor features two lake view bedrooms with double beds and storage space in each room. The bright, modern and stylish bathroom comes with a shower, sink, bidet and toilet. The stairs going up to the second floor leads to another two lake view bedrooms with double beds and storage space. The bright bathroom comes with a lot of natural lighting and features a bath, sink, bidet and toilet.
The house comes with a private WiFi network. Bedlinen including bed make up service and towel packages are provided.
The holiday accommodation is right in the middle of the quiet, authentic hamlet of Pezzo, municipality San Siro, about 100 meters above lake and just 1.5 kilometers from the main road connecting all towns on the western shore of Lake Como. Groceries and daily necessities and local restaurants are all within a 15 minutes walk from the house. As the house is situated in a historic area, parking is within a few minutes walk. The house is not suitable for people with a physical handicap or wheelchair bound people. Parties, events and smoking are not allowed.
