Beautiful cozy apartment with wonderful lake and mountain views in 500 year old building in the historic village of Rezzonico for up to 2 persons.

The apartment is located right at the waterfront on the top two floors of a historic building in the middle of the medieval town of Rezzonico. The apartment consisting of 150 square meters of living space on two floors, which are connected by a spiral staircase in the kitchen/living space. The apartment is layout as follows: The entrance door provides access to the hallway and the bathroom on the left hand side. The bathroom has a sink, enough storage space, a shower with cabin, toilet and bidet. Also, it offers an en-suite space which functions as a coat hanger and storage space. Walking through the hallway you will be in the living space with complete kitchen including gas hob, sink, fridge, oven and all necessary kitchen items, the dining table, fireplace and sofa. The space is connected and closable by a door to the living room, which features two sofas which sleeps one person each, several antique furniture and a great lake view on two sides. Not to forget, the cozy bay window siting area is a nice place to read a book or enjoy the view outside. There's a little TV with Italian channels as well. Thanks to the vicinity to the lake and many windows there always a nice breeze of wind going through the apartment ensuring it doesn't get hot in summers. Last year a new gas boiler for hot water and heating as well as a reliable new private Wi-Fi network been installed.

The spiral staircase in the living space brings you to upper floor. The upper floor consists the bedroom with double bed closet, skylight window and siting area. The window on the side offers a nice view onto part of the village, the lake and mountains. The other side of the floor has a sofa bed for two persons, a small storage area and a skylight window. The floor also features the second bathroom, which comes with a shower with cabin, sink, and washing machine. The apartment includes free Wi-Fi internet.

To reach the apartment, you will have to walk down a steep staircase. The staircase will take about 2 minutes to descend/ascend.
