Being part of a historic building where at hats and bicycles used to be made, it boasts many authentic elements that reminds of its rich history, including parts of the orginal wooden floor, the thick walls and the high ceilings. The entrance to the apartment is shared with the apartment upstairs, both apartments have their own individual entrance doors.
The layout of the apartment is as follows: entrance with a small landing providing access to the shared washing machine, entrance door the apartment on the ground floor. Spacious open living room, tastefully furnished and decorated which includes a comfy sofa, two arm chairs, large dining table and a very spacious kitchen including double fridge, wine cooler, dishwasher and anything you need to prepare a great meal.
The living room connects to the two bathrooms and three bedrooms. Each bedroom has quality box spring queen size beds of 160x200cm and wardrobes to store your items. One bedroom with ensuite bathroom is on the left side of the living room, while the right side provides access the door to the private garden, two bedrooms and the larger bathroom including a modern shower, double sink and a toilet. A small landing connects the living room and door to the private garden including comfortable outdoor furniture.
The apartment comes with a stable WiFi connection and private indoor only parking space only 25 meters from the apartment. The final cleaning includes the costs for bedlinen, towels, bed make up service and final cleaning.

In addition, Menaggio is 1 of the three points of ‘Golden Triangle’ of Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna. The ferries come in many forms, from car ferry to wing boat.
