This spacious fully renovated 3-Bedroom Lake View Apartment including private parking space is the perfect family or small group stay, directly at the lake!
The apartment is laid out on two floors connected by a staircase. The entrance is at the lower floor and has three bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed and wardrobe. The second bedroom comes with a bunkbed and the third bedroom two single beds and a closet.
The upper floor is reached by stairs, and leads into the living space upstairs. The living space boasts a cozy seating area, fully fitted brand new kitchen including induction cooker hob, dishwasher and everything you need to make a nice meal. The living room comes with a large dining table and the doors to the private balcony with a heightened seating area to take in the beautiful lake view.
The bathroom features bath, washing basin and toilet.
Lots to do and see at Lake Como! The apartment is part of an apartment residence and located in the small villagei of San Siro which has a few bars, restaurants, mini market as well several other convenient places to have around. So you don't need a car to get by and conveniently walk a few minutes to get your daily needs. The beach is just 2 mins walk way. Nearby Menaggio, 4 kilometers, away, has some of the best ice-cream, coffee and lakeside promenade around. From there you can take a ferry boat to many towns at lake and explore the highlights at its best. Of course there are plenty of opportunities in and on the water, too! Sailing, windsurfing, renting a speedboat, swimming... For food, we would recommend to visit Creme Caramel and Da Luigi in San Siro, 3 mins walk from the apartment, they serve delicious pizzas and pastas at a reasonable price.
