As part of an apartment complex in the quiet village of San Siro, nice 1-bedroom apartment for 4 persons, just a few steps from the lake. The apartment has is fitted with new kitchen appliances as well as a washing machine. Located on the top floor of the apartment building, the holiday homes comes with nice lake and mountain views on one side and looking over the square on the other side.
The apartment's layout is as follows: Entrance with bathroom on the left hand side. The bathroom features a bath/shower combination, wash basin, toilet and washing machine.
The living room including sofa, flatscreen TV with international TV channels, fully fitted open kitchen and dining corner for four.
The living room is connected to the covered balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy time outdoors on sunny days. The upper floor can be reached via a spiral stairs, providing access to the bedroom including a double bed, bunk bed and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom includes a shower cabin, wash basin and toilet.
Overall, the apartment has all the facilities to enjoy a great holiday at the lake for up to 4 persons. The cleaning fee includes the costs for bedlinen and towels packages as well as the final cleaning.
San Siro has two restaurants and bars, a mini market, butcher, vegetable shop within 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Nearby Menaggio is an excellent starting point to take the ferry across the lake and discover the many beautiful places around the lake. In particular, Bellagio, Varenna, Tremezzo and Lenno are extraordinary beautiful towns to visit.
As it is busy in the summer months of July and August, it is recommended to rent a parking space in the nearby indoor parking garage.
